The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization’s legal needs while helping advance initiatives that improve patient care and operational excellence across our practices.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated attorney who enjoys partnering with business leaders and providing practical legal guidance in a dynamic healthcare environment.

What You Will Do:

As Associate Corporate Counsel, you will support a wide range of legal matters, with a primary focus on contracts and transactional work.

  • Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including employment agreements, vendor agreements, lease agreements, and other healthcare-related agreements
  • Advising business teams on contractual matters and general business issues
  • Collaborating with leadership, physicians, and operational teams to provide practical legal guidance
  • Supporting the implementation of contract management and other legal technology solutions
  • Drafting and maintaining template agreements and standard contract language
  • Establishing and updating policies and procedures aligned with compliance standards and best practices
  • Educating internal stakeholders on contract processes, negotiation considerations, and legal risk management
  • Helping drive consistency, efficiency, and innovation within legal operations
What We're Looking For:
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active bar membership required (Florida preferred)
  • 2–4 years of legal experience, preferably focused on transactional law
  • Experience in private practice or in-house environments supporting healthcare, real estate, or employment law matters is a plus
  • Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders
  • Interest in improving legal processes through legal technology and workflow automation
  • Exposure to healthcare regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute) is helpful but not required
  • Drug and background screen required
Why Join Us:
  • Opportunity to develop a broad in-house legal practice
