Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of transactional experience, J.D. from an ABA-accredited school, and bar admission (Florida preferred). Collaboration across functions and interest in legal technology are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission required (Florida preferred).
• 2–4 years of legal experience, preferably transactional.
• Experience in healthcare, real estate, or employment law is a plus.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, including employment, vendor, lease, and other healthcare-related agreements.
• Advise business teams on contractual matters and general issues.
• Collaborate with leadership, physicians, and operational teams to provide practical legal guidance.
