TECfusions, a leading AI-ready data center provider, seeks an experienced In-House Counsel to join its legal team in Clearwater, Florida. You will handle corporate, commercial, securities, governance and general business matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, and supporting transactions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of corporate legal experience, strong contract skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Public-company or SEC experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active U.S. state bar membership; Florida admission preferred.
• 5+ years of corporate legal experience, in-house or firm.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, NDAs).
• Support corporate transactions, financings and governance matters.
• Assist with SEC, securities and corporate governance matters.
• Maintain contract templates and legal processes.
• Provide day-to-day legal counsel to business teams.
