Job summary

Oliver James Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join its in-house legal team. You will draft and negotiate commercial, procurement, technology, and SaaS agreements, advise on IP, licensing, and real estate, and manage disputes with outside counsel.

The role requires a JD, active US Bar membership, and 5–8 years of experience in either private practice or in-house settings. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• JD and active US Bar membership.

• Strong commercial contracts drafting and negotiation experience.
• Broad corporate legal exposure and sound commercial judgement.
