Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, subcontracts).
• Provide strategic legal guidance to internal teams.
• Assist with insurance, claims and litigation management.
• Support regulatory compliance, corporate governance and labor matters.
