The ideal candidate is admitted as an attorney with at least five years in contract law, able to work independently, provide strategic advice, manage risk, and contribute to major negotiations from anywhere

• Admitted Attorney with at least 5 years of experience focused on contract law.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
