You will help ensure compliance with South African laws governing commercial transactions and assist with corporate secretarial duties as needed, enabling smooth business

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements (supplier, customer, partnerships, licensing).
• Provide clear legal advice on contract interpretation, risks, and obligations to business stakeholders.
• Develop and implement contract management processes and templates for consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations affecting commercial transactions in South Africa.
• Assist with corporate secretarial duties and other general legal matters as required.
