Job summary

Jobot is a growing consumer products company based in Brea, CA, seeking a Corporate Paralegal (In-House) with 3+ years of experience and a paralegal certificate or degree. This on-site, permanent role partners with leadership, outside counsel, and cross-functional teams on contracts, governance, IP, and compliance.

You'll support litigation, regulatory filings, corporate records, IP portfolio management, and legal research while helping improve processes and workflows within the legal function.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in corporate or consumer products setting.
• ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of contract administration, IP, and litigation procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office and legal research platforms.
• Familiarity with case management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Maintain corporate records and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with outside counsel for case management.
• Support product-related and other litigation matters.
• Prepare discovery materials and organize evidence.
• Monitor critical deadlines to ensure compliance.
• Support IP portfolio management and trademark work.
• Conduct legal research and summarize applicable laws.
• Assist with corporate compliance initiatives.
