Rock Ventures, the Detroit-based family office for Dan Gilbert, seeks an in-house corporate attorney to advise leadership across the Rock Family of Companies on corporate governance, commercial transactions, contracts and related business matters. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will review, draft, negotiate and prepare legal documents, provide policy guidance, coordinate with outside counsel on litigation, and support strategic initiatives for the portfolio.

A J.D.

Formación

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Michigan Bar.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in commercial transactions, governance, or related matters.

Responsabilidades

• Advise leadership across the Rock Family of Companies on corporate matters.
• Review, draft, negotiate and prepare legal documents.
• Provide general legal support and policy guidance to portfolio companies.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation and regulatory issues.
