Rock Ventures, Detroit-based, seeks an in-house corporate attorney from Associate to Managing Attorney level to advise leadership across the Rock Family of Companies on corporate matters.

The successful candidate will hold a JD and be admitted to the Michigan Bar, with 4+ years of relevant experience in commercial transactions, corporate governance and related business matters. The final title will depend on experience.

Competenze

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• 4+ years of relevant legal experience in corporate matters.
• Strong business judgment with strategic legal thinking.

Mansioni

• Advise Rock Family of Companies on legal matters.
• Review, draft, negotiate and prepare legal documents.
• Provide general legal support to Rock entities.
• Research and advise on policies, governance, licensing and compliance.
• Coordinate with business leaders to solve legal issues.
