Job summary

Ingram Marine Group is hiring a Corporate Counsel in Nashville, TN to provide legal services across transactions, litigation, and regulatory matters. The role supports the Assistant General Counsel in developing policies and represents the company in industry and government relations.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts, give concise guidance to internal clients, and work closely with Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Finance to enable business growth

Qualifications

• Degree required: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active U.S. bar license and ability to obtain Tennessee in-house status.
• Experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate inland river transportation, charters, services, and licensing contracts.
• Provide concise legal guidance to internal clients across departments.
• Support commercial and regulatory matters and incident responses as needed.
• Attend department activities regularly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
