The attorney will collaborate across the legal team and business units, handling diverse issues while maintaining work-life balance.

Formación

• Excellent academic credentials, including a JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
• 3+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology, services and other commercial agreements.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review, negotiate and provide counsel on a wide range of contracts for Property & Casualty Group.
• Counsel business and corporate services operations on insurance matters and general commercial issues.
• Develop relationships so legal advice fits the company’s needs.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to achieve optimal results for clients.
• Engage in risk spotting and problem solving daily.
