Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience in relevant sectors.
• Experience reviewing Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• Knowledge of subcontractor insurance compliance or contract administration.
• Strong investigative and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims from intake to resolution.
• Investigate and assess property, utility, vehicle, and personal injury claims.
• Collect and analyze incident reports and evidence.
• Interview internal stakeholders and operational personnel.
• Coordinate with insurers and legal counsel as needed.
• Maintain subcontractor insurance and contract records.
• Track COIs, renewals, and compliance.
