Job summary

Cavco Industries is seeking a hands-on Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team in Plano, TX. You will design polished, brand-consistent work across print and digital for homebuyer audiences and dealer partners, delivering campaigns and product launches that feel distinctly Cavco.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll produce production-ready files in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, protect brand standards, and collaborate with designers to bring our marketing initiatives to

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in-house or agency.
• Portfolio showing strong print and digital design work (required).
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong command of layout, typography, color and composition.
• Experience preparing print-ready files and working with print vendors.
• Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Design across print and digital: brochures, flyers, banners, ads, emails, social and web assets.
• Protect the Cavco brand: maintain color, typography and logo usage across deliverables.
• Prepare production-ready layouts using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Support dealer and event creative with booth graphics and POS materials.
• Adapt assets for various platforms while staying on-brand.
• Collaborate with Creative Director, Brand Manager and designers to meet deadlines.
• Stay current with new tools, including AI-assisted creative tools.
