Job summary

PE Dallas is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to join its in-house marketing team for production-ready design across print and digital assets. You will develop concepts, create collateral, signage, and web assets, while collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to meet tight deadlines.

The role requires 3–7 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional graphic design experience in-house or agency.
• Strong portfolio showing concept development, typography, brand systems, and both print and digital production.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Working knowledge of Figma and basic UX/UI principles.
• Solid print production knowledge: preflight, bleeds, color management, large format, and vendor specs.
• Strong photo retouching skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and production-ready work across print and digital, from first layout through final delivery.
• Create sales and marketing collateral including brochures, product sheets, catalogs, lookbooks, and specification materials.
• Design point-of-sale materials and signage for showroom, dealer, retail, or trade environments.
• Build event graphics and signage for trade shows, product launches, and customer events.
• Produce digital ads, paid and organic social creative, email modules, and web assets.
• Support web projects with landing page layouts, content modules, icons, and wireframes in Figma.
• Retouch, color-correct, and prepare product and lifestyle photography for every channel.
• Design polished presentations and reports with clear visual hierarchy.
• Partner with marketing, sales, product, and outside vendors to keep projects moving on time.
