Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree with one year of experience or a HS diploma/GED and a minimum of three years of supervised experience in implementing positive behavior support plans and teaching ADL/Instrumental skills to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with children, adolescents and families.
• Ability to work independently while following established protocols and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized service plans and behavioral interventions in home and community settings.
• Monitor and document observations of youth behavior and adjust activities to align with goals.
