Personic Health is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support our Nurse Practitioners and clinical teams in delivering high-quality in-home wound care services in Chicago and Elmwood Park.

You will assist during patient visits, document care in the EHR, manage supplies, and coordinate with scheduling and operations to keep daily workflows running smoothly. A CMA or RMA certification and experience in wound care are preferred.

Formación

• CMA or RMA certification or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in wound care, home health, or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong English communication and patient-care skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist providers during in-home patient visits, including preparing supplies and documenting care.
• Facilitate telehealth visits in the home as needed.
• Support the clinical team with wound photography, staging, dressing setup, and record keeping.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records (EHR) documentation.
• Ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are stocked, organized, and available for patient visits.
• Serve as a professional and compassionate point of contact for patients, families, and facility partners.
• Coordinate with scheduling, operations, and clinical leadership to support efficient daily workflows.
• Follow all policies, HIPAA regulations, and infection control standards.
• Assist with follow-ups, care coordination, and general administrative tasks as needed.
