Personic Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support in-home wound care for Baltimore patients. You will assist providers during visits, prepare supplies, and document care while coordinating with scheduling and clinical leadership to ensure efficient daily workflows.

The role requires CMA/RMA certification or equivalent, experience in wound care or home health, strong clinical knowledge, and a valid driver's license for regional travel.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
• Experience in wound care, home health, or skilled nursing is valued.
• Strong medical terminology and basic clinical procedures required.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during in-home patient visits, including preparing supplies and documenting care.
• Facilitate telehealth visits in the home as needed.
• Support the clinical team with wound photography, dressing setup, and record keeping.
