Job summary

Windows USA is looking for experienced Outside Sales Employees to drive sales through in-home consultations in the Montgomery, AL area. The role primarily operates on a commission-only structure, offering uncapped earning potential for top performers.

Ideal candidates should possess strong closing skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage their own schedules effectively. Previous experience in home improvement sales is preferred. Training and support will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, home improvement preferred.
• Ability to maintain a field-based schedule of 15 or more weekly appointments.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Travel to pre-set and self-generated residential sales appointments.
• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and customer-focused sales practices.

Skills

Prior outside, commission-based sales experience; home improvement preferred

Strong closing skills in a consultative, in-home environment

Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset

Ability to work evenings and weekends

Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable

Comfortable using technology, including iPads and CRM platforms
