Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made window treatments. In this role you’ll meet clients in their homes, design beautiful, custom solutions, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

You’ll have company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, uncapped earning potential, and tools to succeed, including a laptop and product samples, with mileage reimbursement and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills and ability to build relationships.
• Comfortable traveling locally and working independently in the field.
• Willingness to work at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
