3 Day Blinds, a national retailer and manufacturer of custom window treatments, invites you to join our design consultant team. You’ll meet clients in their homes, craft beautiful, personalized solutions, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

This full-time role offers company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earning potential, with top performers earning well above the average.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles are a good fit.
• No prior design experience required—we’ll train you.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation
