Job summary

A healthcare provider organization is seeking Nurse Practitioners in Montana to conduct in-home health assessments. This role offers flexibility to design your own schedule and work autonomously in the field. Nurse Practitioners will perform consultative evaluations for Medicare patients, focusing on preventive care and identifying potential gaps in health services. Qualifications

• Must be State licensed and Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with NPI.
• Prefer at least 6 months of experience in doing wellness exams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, in-home Health/Annual Wellness Visits.
• Perform consultative assessments without prescribing treatments.
• Reinforce the importance of preventive services.
