Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners at scheduled appointments and recommend water treatment solutions. You will present systems, build trust, and deliver a high-quality customer experience while handling leads from the marketing team.

Base salary plus training commission applies, with an uncapped commission structure as you progress. Top performers can earn $150,000+ annually, with bi-weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage a schedule.
• Comfortable with in-home, consultative sales.
• In-home or outside sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling to homeowners preferred.
