Job summary

Carroll Water is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments, evaluate water quality concerns, and present water treatment solutions. You will build trust and sell systems, providing a high-quality customer experience.

Base salary plus commission during training, transitioning to uncapped commission. Pre-qualified leads provided; evenings and Saturdays required; bi-weekly pay and a structured training program help you grow.

• Ability to work independently and manage a schedule.
