Job summary

CarePlus New Jersey is seeking a Triple P practitioner to deliver the curriculum to parents and caregivers of children aged 0-12 in home or community settings. You will provide practical parenting strategies to improve social and emotional skills and child development.

Ideal candidates have a psychology/social work background with trauma experience and are willing to travel in Bergen and Hudson Counties. This is a full-time, onsite role offering benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent experience in child welfare.
• 1+ year of experience working with families experiencing trauma or related issues.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of up to 8 families receiving Triple P Standard.
• Deliver Triple P curriculum in home or community settings.
• Schedule flexible weekly sessions and coordinate with families.
• Collaborate with Care managers to connect families to community resources.
• Promote Triple P services in the community and with local organizations.
• Create Family Services Plans to guide clients' goals.
