Job summary

Child & Family Services seeks an In-Home Therapist to deliver structured, strengths-based interventions with youth and families across home and community settings. You will collaborate with the IHT team and families to implement treatment plans, promote safety, and support lasting behavioral health gains.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related human services, plus willingness to travel and engage in ongoing supervision and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree level degree in Psychology or a related human services field (i.e., LSW, Bachelor’s degree in Education with significant experience, etc.).
• If the staff has a non-related Bachelor’s degree, life experiences may be considered in place of related degree. Related experience can be considered without a Bachelor’s degree with HR and program approval.

Responsibilities

• Work with the family to implement focused behavioral interventions and strategies to improve problem-solving, limit-setting, safety planning, and communication; build family skills to sustain treatment gains.
• Maintain positive relationships with IHT team, supervisor, clinician, and collateral contacts.
• Support implementation of the clinician’s treatment plan to achieve goals.
• Attend and assist with family therapy sessions and individual sessions in the community.
• Maintain production expectations and complete required documentation and meetings.
