Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a clinically skilled In-Home Therapist (IHT) to deliver structured, strength-based therapy in clients' homes, targeting youth behavioral needs. The role emphasizes compassionate engagement with families and community-based care in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting.
• Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based in-home therapy to youth and families to address behavioral needs.
• Work with families to support mental health goals and treatment plans.
• Document sessions and coordinate with supervisors for licensure pathway.
