Join Our Team as an In Home Therapy Clinician at Child & Family Services, Inc.

Child & Family Services is seeking motivated and dynamic Masters Level Clinicians to join our In Home Therapy team. This is a full-time, hourly, benefit-eligible position (not fee-for-service). Our team employs a Strengths-Based Approach with youth and their families within the Cape Cod community. Flexible scheduling options are available.

Ideal candidates have a strong desire to work with youth to meet their behavioral health needs, improve family support systems, and promote healthy functioning within the family and community. Clinicians work closely with Bachelor level Therapeutic Training and Support Staff who provide direct support and services to the youth.

We offer a $1/hour Language Differential for eligible languages, including Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Spanish, or ASL. MA degree graduates are welcome to apply; offers may be contingent upon verification of degree.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or mental health counseling from an accredited institution
• Passion for working with children and families
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Active participation in the IHT team; your voice and experience matter
• Consistent engagement and collaboration with youth, families, and collateral contacts
• Assist families in exploring and identifying their values and goals
• Utilize diagnostic skills with practical knowledge of DSM-5 and family assessment tools
• Provide family therapy using various techniques and interventions to support treatment goals
• Support decision-making, vocational guidance, skill-building, and problem-solving in crisis and non-crisis situations
