Job summary

2INgage is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to join our Family Preservation Services team in Kansas. You will provide in-home therapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with agencies to support children and families while ensuring safety at home.

The role requires LMSW/LMFT/LPC or equivalent licensure and 2+ years of experience with children and families. A valid driver’s license is needed for local travel. We offer a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Licensure: LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCP, LPC; clinical licensure preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with children and families in behavioral/emotional support.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
• Ability to develop client-focused interventions and manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Develop treatment plans based on assessments.
• Collaborate with public/private agencies and community partners.
• Support families in crisis with 24-hour on-call rotation.
• Ensure timely documentation of client records and reports.
• Coordinate long-term service needs with Behavioral Health and other staff.
• Use technology to maintain electronic client files and data.
