Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Therapist to provide in-home individual and family therapy within the Family Preservation Services Program in Salina, KS. You will develop treatment plans and coordinate with community partners to support safe, stable home environments.

The role requires a Master's degree and LMSW/LMFT-style licensure with at least two years of relevant experience, plus a valid driver's license. You will work on-call to assist families in crisis and document care promptly.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• LMSW/LMLP/LMFT/LCP/LPC licensure required; clinical licensure preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with children and families in behavioral/emotional support.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
• Ability to develop client-focused interventions and manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Develop treatment plans based on evidence-based assessments.
• Collaborate with public/private agencies and community partners.
• Support families in crisis with 24-hour on-call rotation and interventions.
• Ensure timely documentation for client case records and reports.
• Coordinate long-term service needs with Behavioral Health and other staff.
• Use technology to maintain electronic client files and data.
