Intensive In Community Therapeutics (IIC) is seeking compassionate mental health providers for in-home counseling in Ocean & Monmouth Counties, New Jersey. The role focuses on children and families, with flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend hours and no minimum caseload.

Part-time positions offer free clinical supervision toward licensure, referral bonuses, and opportunities for raises and growth. Licensure in NJ (LPC/LAC/LCSW/LSW/LMFT/LAMFT) is required, along with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• NJ License required: LPC, LAC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, LAMFT.
• Satisfactory completion of background checks and professional references.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling services to children ages 5-21 and families in home/community settings.
• Complete treatment plans and progress notes per state and agency guidelines.
• Communicate with case manager for service coordination.
