Job summary

TeamCare in New Jersey is seeking compassionate mental health providers to deliver counseling to children aged 5–21 and families in home and community settings.

We offer flexible afternoon/evening/weekend hours, part-time positions, assignments within Ocean & Monmouth Counties, no minimum caseload, and free clinical supervision toward licensure. Referral bonuses and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• NJ License: LPC, LAC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, LAMFT (NJ Family/Clinical licensure requirements).
• Background checks and professional references required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling to children ages 5-21 and families in home or community settings.
• Complete treatment plans and progress notes per state and agency guidelines.
• Coordinate with case manager for service planning and delivery.
• Participate in ongoing assessment meetings of family treatment goals.
• Maintain consistent communication with agency core team and leadership.
