Position Overview

The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to address youth behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or a related CBHI-approved program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting (highly desirable)
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders and on the autism spectrum (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle

Compensation

• Full-time salary: $64,000 - $72,000 plus incentive rate of $60/hour over productivity
• Fee-for-service rate: $50 - $70/hour
