If you are a dedicated mental health professional seeking a new opportunity, we want to hear from you! This is a great position for newly licensed Master's level clinicians, as supervision for independent licensure will be provided.

The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to address behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or related CBHI-approved program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting (highly desirable)
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders (preferred)
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum (desirable)
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle

Compensation

• Full-time salary: $64,000 - $72,000 + incentive rate of $60/hour over productivity
• Fee-for-service rate: $50 - $70/hour
