Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts! The In-Home Therapist (IHT) delivers structured, strength-based therapy in clients' homes to address youth behavioral needs. This full-time role offers supervision for independent licensure and bi-lingual options, with competitive pay and premier benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred.
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Access to secured high speed internet required.

Compensation

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000 $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
