You’ll join the Serve, Solve, Sell model, receive paid training, and work evenings/weekends. The position offers a base rate of $27.60/hour plus mileage reimbursement, a $35 phone stipend, and uncapped commissions as you build hands-on sales experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Own a personal vehicle and reliable transportation within 120 miles.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Join the front lines helping customers in their homes using the Serve, Solve, Sell approach.
• Complete paid training and work independently in the field.
• Meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
