Job summary

Asurion in Lubbock, TX is seeking an In-Home Sales & Tech Support Associate for a part-time, evening-focused schedule. The role requires daily travel to customer residences and is not remote. You will start with paid training and gain hands-on sales experience while helping customers with tech issues.

You’ll earn an hourly base rate with uncapped commissions, mileage reimbursement, a $35 phone stipend, and a supportive coaching environment to grow in customer service and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with paid training to prepare for field work.
• Front-line customer interaction and sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are to deliver Serve, Solve, Sell.
• Address and resolve tech issues and provide understandable solutions.
• Leverage product knowledge to offer tailored solutions and meet sales targets.
• Receive ongoing coaching and mentoring to grow confidence and skills.
• Travel up to 120 miles one-way and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
