Job summary

Best Buy’s Geek Squad is seeking a Delivery Support Associate to join during the busy holiday season. You will accompany a team to customers’ homes to assist with delivery, installation, and haul-away of electronics, while supporting integration and networking tasks.

You may work independently or in a two-person team, manage store inventory and vehicle maintenance, and handle paperwork and payments as part of a dynamic service team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds with a partner using harness, dolly, or lift.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronic devices.
• Support team with integration and networking duties.
• Provide guidance on product placement and recommendations to customers.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance with Agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
