Job summary

Best Buy's Geek Squad is seeking a Delivery Support Associate in Wisconsin to join a busy holiday season team. You’ll accompany seasoned Agents to customers’ homes, assist with the delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronic devices, and support integration and networking.

You’ll work in a two-person team or solo, manage inventory and vehicle maintenance, and process paperwork and payments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team with the use of support tools such as a harness, dolly or lift with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation
• Help ensure installed appliances are damage‑free, accurately installed and fully functioning
• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and giving recommendations regarding products, services and content
• Work independently or as part of a two‑person team
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents
• Process paperwork and payments
