Qualifications

• Residential installations, service changes and disconnects performed following safety practices and codes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from the network connection to customer equipment.
• Install and support basic home networks (coaxial, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi) based on customer needs.
• Document completed work and update customer accounts using digital tools.
• Maintain vehicle, tools and equipment; report safety concerns promptly.
• Drive a company vehicle with a valid license and complete required training and checks.
