Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a part‑time Geek Squad Installation Helper to join a team delivering, installing, repairing and hauling away electronics at customers’ homes. You’ll assist with integration and networking of consumer electronics, advising on product placement and offering service recommendations.

You will work independently or with a partner, help manage inventory and vehicle maintenance, and handle paperwork and payments while supporting store teams and in‑home repairs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to carry, lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds alone or 150 pounds with a team, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul‑away of electronic devices at customers' homes.
• Advise customers on product placement and make recommendations on products, services and content.
• Work independently or in a two‑person team.
• Help manage inventory and vehicle maintenance with other agents.
• Process paperwork and payments; provide feedback and training to store teams and complete in‑store repairs.
