AT&T field sales representatives engage customers through scheduled appointments, delivering personalized demonstrations and solutions to keep customers connected. You will operate in a field setting, driving sales in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and enjoying uncapped commission opportunities.

With paid training and ongoing coaching, you’ll develop negotiating and communication skills, connect with warm prospects, and use a company vehicle for official business.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers through scheduled appointments and field visits.
• Close deals with hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Deliver personalized sales experiences and meet sales goals as part of a team.
