Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care or caregiving preferred.
• Compassion, patience, and client-centered care.
• Pass a background check and meet state caregiving requirements.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a home setting.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus; CNA encouraged.

• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in a home care setting.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation as needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation of daily activities.
