Job summary

AMP, LLC in Monroe, WI is seeking a compassionate Supportive Home Care Companion to provide daily care, companionship, and comfort in clients' homes.

You will assist with personal care, light housekeeping, meals, mobility, and accompany clients to appointments while maintaining accurate logs and reporting changes to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care, caregiving, or related healthcare support preferred.
• Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state caregiving requirements.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.

• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in a home care setting.
