Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA or HCA Certification with Nurse Delegation; training available for qualified candidates.
• Good communication skills to report on client needs and progress to supervisors or families.
• Physical energy to provide quality support.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• Background check and clean criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily activities.
• Accompany clients to appointments and community events.
• Plan and oversee daily schedules and activities.
• Support clients with mobility and safety in and around the home.
• Assist with medications as directed by caregivers (if applicable).
• Provide companionship and maintain a positive, patient attitude.
• Document observations and report concerns.
