Journey Found, Inc. is seeking an in-home support staff to help individuals live independently. You will provide daily living assistance, transportation, and skill-building activities in home or community settings.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3 years of driving, and certifications in PMT/CPR/FA with MAP completion. A flexible schedule and strong communication with guardians are essential to success.

Qualifikationen

• Must have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years driving experience with valid license.
• Behavioral management experience or formal training.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• PMT, CPR, FA and DDS MAP certification/completion required.
• Must be free from communicable disease.

Aufgaben

• Assist people in their own home to promote independence and self-determination.
• Provide transportation as needed using personal vehicle.
• Maintain communication with family/guardian about support.
• Implement skill building activities to increase independence.
• Document progress daily and report issues to management.
• Ensure safety and adhere to health policies and DDS requirements.
