Qualifications

• Eighteen (18) Years of Age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Complete required training including First Aid/CPR certification.
• Drug Test and TB test required.
• Background report and driving record required.

Responsibilities

• In-Home Support employees assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach individual goals.
• Assist clients with household tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, cleaning and decorating.
• Provide support for physical needs such as grooming or eating.
• Help clients participate in events, hobbies and recreational activities.

Education
