Job summary

New Horizons Rehabilitation Inc. in Batesville, IN is seeking an In-Home Support Team Lead to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live as independently as possible in the community.

You will coordinate scheduling, supervise staff, assist with health appointments and medication changes, and participate in meetings for the individuals they support. A strong communicator with organization and problem-solving skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Complete required training including First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach goals and live independently in the community.
• Schedule employees and supervise home operations to ensure quality care.
• Assist individuals with health appointments and medication changes.
• Attend meetings for the individuals they support and coordinate services.
