New Horizons Rehabilitation Inc. is seeking an In-Home Support employee to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Batesville, IN, with goals to improve daily living and community participation. This is a full-time 2nd shift position.

Duties include meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, grooming, and accompanying clients to activities. Shift differential: +$0.50/hr Monday–Friday, +$1.50/hr on Saturday and Sunday.

Qualificações

• Eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Complete required training including First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach individual goals.
• Help with household management tasks (meal preparation, laundry, cleaning).
• Support grooming, eating, and community participation.

Job Description: In-Home Support – Community Living

New Horizons is looking for an In-Home Support employee to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach their individual goals.

In-Home Support employees may need to assist clients with household management tasks (such as meal preparation, laundry, cleaning and decorating), physical needs (such as grooming or eating), or community needs (participating in events, hobbies, recreational activities).
