Community Horizons in a home setting seeks a dependable and trustworthy caregiver to support a family with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep. The role requires you to manage daily routines, run errands, and assist with ADLs while maintaining a calm, respectful, and communicative presence in the household.

The ideal candidate is independent, comfortable working in a private residence, and able to pass a background check.
